Details :

It is the latest Transitional Housing project organized by Sik Sik Yuen.  Sik Sik Yuen, besides operating the Wong Tai Sin Temple which serves as a famous place for worshipping, also provides various social services for the society.  This transitional housing project is designed to be vibrant and colourful, echoing with the temple.  On the other hand, a “Less is More” concept is adopted.  It uses Reinforced Concrete (RC) MiC instead of the common type of hybrid structure using steel, dry wall or aluminum panel as enclosure walls.  The construction method and idea are also different from other traditional RC MiC designs.  It is, indeed, at the “centre of centre” of our city as it is nearest to the MTR.  The project will obtain the Occupation Permit (OP) very soon.  So it will be a good chance to visit the project to get to understand the design and construction aspects before the occupiers move in.

(Details of gathering point will be provided later)
