Garrick is currently the Project Director - M&E in Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd. (SHKP), supervising office, hotel, retail, service apartment, residential and data centre projects, both in HK and in China.

Garrick is very supportive to innovations in project planning and construction delivery. Most SHK new projects are now using BIM in design and construction stages. He proactively supports the deployment of DfMA and MiMEP.
Garrick is also actively involved in deployment of new technologies for Smart, Energy Efficient and Healthy Environment. They include application Internet of Things (loT), Artificial Intelligence (Al) and advance Indoor Air Quality technologies.

Lewis LAM Deputy General Manager (Property Management), Kai Shing Management Services Ltd.

Lewis Lam is Deputy General Manager (Property Management) of the International Commerce Centre. Over the years, he has been working with the management team to improve the buildings' operational performance and business continuity. Lewis Lam has a master degree in housing management, a master degree in real estate and a master degree in building engineering. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Registered Professional Housing Manager, a BEAM Pro and a Certified Business Continuity Practitioner.

Calvin KAM FAIA, PhD, PE, LEED AP, CCBM

Dr. Calvin Kam is the Founder/CEO of Strategic Building Innovation, bimSCORE, BIM Supporters Group, and PlanMeetDone.com. A licensed architect as well as an engineer in the USA, Calvin is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE), where he specializes in strategic innovation such as Management Scorecards, Building Information Modeling, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and Digital Twins. Calvin has advised public and private owners globally on VDC, Strategic Innovation and Digital Twins, and was an appointed international expert for APEC, China, Singapore and United Kingdom.

Dickson MAK AIA, HKIBIM, CCBM

Dickson is the director of Strategic Building Innovation, bimSCORE, BIM Supporters Group, and PlanMeetDone.com. He is a U.S. licensed architect and BIM advocate with professional experience in a major international architectural design firm HOK in both the United States, Hong Kong, and Asia offices, and over 20 years of practical BIM and VDC implementation experience for consultants, builders, and owners. He has worked closely with General Contractors around Asia, Public Organisations such as Mass Transit Railway in Hong Kong and Ministry of Health Holdings in Singapore, Education Organisations, and Owners from International Theme Park and Entertainment Sector and Real Developers.
