Details	:	Tentative Rundown: 16:30-16:35 Introduction 16:35-16:40 Welcome Remarks 16:40-17:20 Presentation on MTR New Projects - Opportunities and Challenges 17:20-18:00 Q&A Session Event Highlights: In 2020, the MTR Corporation commenced the design of the first of the Railway Development Strategy 2014 (RDS-2014) railway extension projects, the Tung Chung Line Extension. Since then, further projects have moved into the design phase. In this event, the leadership team of the MTR Corporation’s Capital Works Business Unit will present the portfolio of upcoming projects and members of the HKIS will be able to obtain first-hand information about the new projects, including key project information, challenges and potential risks, as well as expectations on supply chain. HKIS members can also take this opportunity to exchange their valuable comments and ideas with the senior management team of the MTR Corporation’s Capital Works Business Unit.
Remarks	:	Please log in to the HKIS website for online registration. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis via the HKIS Secretariat by 5 August 2021. Successful registrants will receive a unique BlueJeans meeting link directly from MTR prior to the event. Only registered email addresses will be allowed to access the online event.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
