2014-2015 was a fruitful year for the Division under the able leadership of Sr Dr Edmond Cheng. Our beloved Dr Cheng stepped down after his two-year term ended. As chairman, Edmond made remarkable achievements for the Division. I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to him and my fellow council members for their contributions to the growth of the Division.
