This PQSL event was delivered by Sr TT Cheung, Past President of the HKIS and Past Chairman of the QSD. Sr Cheung is also the former Chairman of the Tendering Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hong Kong West Cluster Tender Board of the Hospital Authority.
