Sharing Session with HKU BA in Urban Studies Students
Sr Edmond Yew and Sr Annie Chong met Year 3 students from the University of Hong Kong’s Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies programme via ZOOM on 31 March and 21 April. Sr Annie’s presentation covered his past experiences with the real estate market and several land development projects. It also discussed the planning, design, and development considerations in response to market needs and development regulations. Sr Edmond followed up on his discussions with the students on their term projects, which covered the planning for and development of two government sale sites in Tuen Mun and Kai Tak, respectively.
