Happy New Year. All the Best in 2019!
This is my second time serving as LSD Council Chairman. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Sr Dr Conrad Tang, who successfully led the LSD by taking many big leaps (e.g. divisional revision of the APC Rules and Guide, liaisons with Mainland counterparts, six-digit financial surpluses, a new and concrete mutual recognition agreement with the RICS, etc, over the past three years). In my coming term, I shall continue the good work of the previous councils and encourage land surveyors to contribute more.
