Meeting with the ICES President
The President of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES), Mr Ian Cowling, led the ICES Hong Kong Councils to visit the HKIS on 13 April. President Sr Dick Kwok, Senior Vice-President Sr Dr Tony Leung, Honorary Secretary Sr Paul Wong, Immediate Past President Sr Thomas Ho, Quantity Surveying Division Chairman Sr Raymond Kam, Land Surveying Division Chairman Sr Dr Conrad Tang, Vice Chairman Sr Yvonne Cheu, and Council Sr Calvin Li hosted the ICES delegates.
